Chapter 3, Exercise 3: The Sticky Note Solution

If something in the pages of this chapter helped reduce your panic, write it on many Sticky Notes and put them everywhere—on your walls, mirrors, refrigerators, and doors, in your appointment book, or on the desktop of your computer—so that every time panic starts to rise again in your Scanner heart, your eye will fall on them and you’ll calm down again.

  1. At the moment, they’re listed in my day book, but they will go onto sticky notes that will be stuck onto my bathroom mirror.
