What I Learned from Chapter 3

This is your chance to reflect on what you will take away from Chapter 3: Scanner Panic and to learn from or contribute to other book club members’ take-aways. Be sure to include anything from this chapter that you put on your Sticky Notes. You can also pose questions here about the chapter or what you are discovering about yourself.

The exercises we completed in Chapter 3: Scanner Panic included

  1. Your Top Obstacle
  2. The Wall Calendar Poster
  3. The Sticky Note Solution

Chapter 3, Exercise 3: The Sticky Note Solution

If something in the pages of this chapter helped reduce your panic, write it on many Sticky Notes and put them everywhere—on your walls, mirrors, refrigerators, and doors, in your appointment book, or on the desktop of your computer—so that every time panic starts to rise again in your Scanner heart, your eye will fall on them and you’ll calm down again.

In a new comment, tell us where you put your sticky notes. Save what’s on them for the next page.
